Stress Management Types and Solutions In today’s organization, globalization issues , advances in information technology overtime and long work hours of job requirements and competition are leading to stress problems.This stress has a deteriorating impact not only on a employees and their families but is also costing organization in term of low staff morale and performances as well.Though stress has two types one is negative stress and the other is positive stress negative stress is office  politics,red tape, role ambiguity ,and a stalled career.But a stress has also positive sides such as great office responsibility , hard work load due to ability. time pressure and high quality assignments. These are the types of positive stressors.

At work, one can manage time effectively by delegation less important work to a subordinate. in this way a managers burden will reduced and he can focus on important areas.

Family stress can be resolved by this very romantic ideas if you are in trouble with your relationship than go out with all of your family and spend some time in fresh air and memorise good thing it is very effective way to get our from the stress critical situation.

One should seek the support for his friends wife ,relative colleagues and those whom he knows will really help to take him out in this critical situation.By sharing al stress matters yo can be relax mentally.
